23″ Western Pony Cinch

How cute is this teeny pony cinch! In a cotton blend material, quite soft, with stainless hardware. Not marked with a brand, but is nice quality. Is marked 22″, however, measures true to 23″. The photos make it appear more blue, but is actually more turquoise. This cute little cinch is new, without tags however has been stored in a tack room so we are calling it demo condition as it may have a stray horsehair or two from storage.
