17″ Pinnacle Kirkby Close Contact Saddle English Saddle

Here is the absolute perfect English saddle to upgrade to. One that is perfectly welcome in the local or breed show ring while still being incredibly affordable. This lovely saddle from Pinnacle, called the Kirkby, offers full-grain leather with calf leather knee rolls, offering great durability and grip. It both looks and feels swanky! This one is stamped 17″, but fits generously with a more open, wider hunter style seat and slightly longer flaps at 14″. This is a true Close Contact saddle, with slightly forward set flaps that make it perfect for popping over jumps, but still the right profile for flat classes. Offers lightly contoured knee rolls and a velcro patch to add knee blocks to further stabilize the rider’s leg. Does not come with blocks. On Pinnacle’s standard/regular tree, fitting like Medium Wide, measuring 4.5″ with a more “U” shaped tree head, offering a wider channel and curvier tree. This is the perfect saddle for a modern built QH/Stock Horse. This saddle was ordered new less than a year ago and has spent most of its life in the house, only seeing just a couple rides, but was conditioned often. The billets don’t even have girth marks! The leather is butter, butter soft. In nearly pristine condition, with the only blemish to note is a very, VERY small nick in the rear of the seat. About the size of a pencil head. This saddle has been widely popular, despite only being made since 2021. So popular in fact, they are on back order until early 2026.
