21″ Lovatt & Ricketts Cutback Saddleseat Show Saddle

You all know how much we love LNR saddles. Not only do they make incredible dressage saddles, they also make incredible Cutback saddles! This LNR is one of their most popular and classic models, the Beaufort, and is truly show ring ready! It is technically a 21″, but actually measures and fits like 21.5″ with a more open, flatter seat that is in calfskin leather, giving it more grip and security. Special ordered with what LNR calls Pig Print leather, which is a lightly textured leather that has an almost faint pebble finish that offers even more grip. The color is called Havana, which is a more rich, chocolate brown than what other brands call Havana. Offers LNR’s famed adjustable stirrup bar, easily adjusting to ensure the rider’s leg is in the perfect position. Offers low profile panels that give a very close contact ride, that are wool flocked under latex rubber to be low profile, supportive of the horse, and reduce heat and slippage. Has three billets that are in excellent condition. The billets appear more ‘used’ than they actually are, as it was used with a girth without roller buckles and scratched the leathers up a bit. On LNR’s Wide tree, measuring 5″. LNR’s are known for their VERY short panel lengths and this one does not disappoint, measuring just 21.5″ long. Meaning this will easily work for short backed horses such as Morgans. This saddle is in incredible condition, only used for a couple shows and stored inside. Really, the only way you’d know it was ever ridden in is the scrapes on the billets (again, minor scraping). This saddle is near pristine! It has lived its life in a saddle cover, so the bottom flaps do curl in just a bit from that…but at this point we’re going out of our way to be overly critical. These awesome saddles are NOT cheap. They only reason we have it priced so well is, frankly, we are not saddleseat fitters. This one needs to hit the show pen!
