New 1 1/8″ x 7/32″ Oblong/Bag punch from C.S. Osborne (#151). Tapered clearance, polished barrel with sharp/hardened edge. Very versatile tool that is a must have in your saddle shop. New, in packaging. Never used, aside from the single punch for photos. Box is a bit beat up from shipping/storage.
