Bling & Fringe Mini Pony Breast Collar

How adorable is this teeny, tiny breast collar! In medium oil with a cool black and blue-ish gray patterned leather inlay, with floral dots, and black bling berry conchos. The breast collar is fully lined in black suede fringe. Is not branded, but is nicely made. We would consider this to be mid-line quality, definitely nicer than many of the ‘cheap’ brands. This is for a small/mini pony. Does have quite a bit of adjustment at the tugs and a ton of adjustment between the front legs. In very lightly used condition. This will look adorable on just about any tiny pony!
