14.5″ Jeff Smith Roping Saddle

It can be far too hard to find smaller seated, quality ropers. This Jeff Smith roper is the real deal! It’s stout, made right, and is one to trust to hold up. Jeff Smith saddles need no introduction–and this one has all the details and quality you’d expect from JS. Offers a true 14.5″ seat with a semi-deep seat bed. This one will keep you feeling secure in your seat without being constricting. Special ordered with full grain leather seat that is fancy (boot) stitched. Paired with the full rough out jockeys and fenders, you’ll stay in this saddle. On very wide fitting Full QH Bars that measure 8″, fitting low and wide with plenty of shoulder flare. Has moderate rock through the bars. This is a great option for a thick built, wider horse. This saddle is a great option for a petite or youth rider, as the fenders go short enough to easily accommodate a youth/teen rider, while still offering plenty of length. There’s room for more holes if needed, too. This is a stout, heavy duty working saddle. Built on an Olin Young roper tree with reinforced post horn, that is currently rubber wrapped. Offers JS’s superior full double large rigging rigging. Finished off with a pretty floral custom concho. Also comes fully fitted with wide roper back cinch and metal wrapped Monel style wide bell stirrups. This saddle has only been part time employed, seeing very little use overall. It’s in excellent condition, showing very few signs of use. It has been roped off a couple times and the horn does show a couple blemishes, but it’s as tight as the day it was made. This is a heck of a saddle. Quality saddle like these don’t come cheap, and they come with a wait. This nice, lightly used roper is offered at a heck of a price!
