14″ Hess & Hopkins Parade Saddle

This vintage Parade saddle is just stunning, in incredible condition given its age, so well cared for. This one would be a great addition to a collection, but is still ready to ride! Made in the early 1940’s, it is a genuine piece of history! Fits like a 14″, with a lower profile slick seat on Semi bars with a 6″ gullet and wider fork angle, fitting a bit flatter. Real wool shearling on the underside, which shows wear. Nickel dots/spots, though there is a few dots missing. It has had tapaderos added at some point that match the conchos and white strings perfectly, but have a different tooling pattern. Comes with matching bridle and breast plate, but each show far more use than the saddle and aren’t likely useable for much longer. Comes with vintage aluminum Crockett curb bit. Great collection piece, but could still be used!
