16″ KO Trading Training Saddle

This training saddle is a REALLY nice saddle! From KO Trading Company, and while more well recognized for their awesome ranch, cutting, and barrel saddles–they make a darn nice training saddle. This saddle is as comfortable as your favorite recliner and very secure. It is actually a training saddle you can ride in all day without getting sore. On a 16.5″ tree, but padded to 16″, fitting true to that. On what appears to be Full QH Bars that measures 7″ with ample shoulder flare, moderate wither clearance, and some rock to the bars. This will fit a wider, fit horse well. This one is fully roughed in a russet/chestnut colored leather with a chocolate brown suede seat. The leather is full grain and incredibly grippy. Comes with all stainless hardware with oversize rigging d-rings, with slightly larger training d-rings as well. All rings are tight. Offers an equitation style skirt for a great, close contact feel. Fenders offer an insane amount of adjustment, with room for holes to be youth friendly. Stirrup leathers are reinforced as well. Has a upgraded silver and antiqued brown star concho added that gives it a cool look. This saddle has been impeccably cared for and hasn’t been used a ton, and clearly stored well. This saddle is in outstanding condition. KO saddles are made right, so if you are looking for light weight, sadly this is not the saddle for you. Build on a wood tree, reinforced in all the right places, weighing in at 35lbs. This is a heck of a saddle, one that will hold up even with a trainer/rider riding multiple horses a day for the next few decades. At this price, you can’t go wrong either.
