Now, this is a work saddle! One that has a darn nice look. This is fully black saddle topped off with white/cream rawhide accents with brass hardware, this one is sure sharp! From Hereford, measuring 17″ to stitching, fitting like a 16.5″, with a wider slick seat, free swinging fenders that have a weighted aluminum stirrup added. This saddle is built to work, and weights all of 38-40 lbs, designed to be a good partner at the end of a rope. Despite being a rope saddle, doesn’t show any wear from roping. On what seems to be QH bars, measuring 6″, with a very wide shoulder flare and more upright bar angle and a ton of wither clearance, more flat through the tree. 7/8th drop/flat plate rigging, that is set back a bit to free up the shoulder while designed to stabilize the back of the tree. 28″ skirt, comes fully rigged, has very adjustable fenders that go very long, great for a leggy rider. In very good used condition, only showing some fading in some places and age/use appropriate wear. Darn nice saddle at a great price!
