Hole punch tools like this are a ‘must have’ in every tack room. This one is very affordable, and very sharp! New (new old stock) in original packaging from General Tools. These ones are far superior to the modern tools as they were made in England and actually last. Has a rotating hole punch head offering 6 different hole sizes. Punches holes cleanly and easily, with the cutting edge being sharp. Packaging does show some cracking/minor damage from age and storage.
