Nice ‘cowboy’ curb chain. While not branded, is likely Reinsman or similar nicer brand. Thinner, smaller link chain that lays flat, with white cord ends that fix to your bit by tying. Can be made smaller by moving the cord ends. Lots of cord to adjust length. In hardly used condition.
