Dan Oliver Shades of the West Sterling Silver Belt Buckle Set

This is an incredible buckle set made by famed Navajo silversmith and resident of Shades of the West of Scottsdale, AZ Dan Oliver. Yes, that Shades of the West! Dan Oliver is a multi-generational silversmith, learning from his incredibly talented father Lloyd Oliver who was one of the original 29 Navajo Code Talkers of WWII. 3 piece buckle set with incredible, sun ray detailing with a really unique belt keeper. Marked Don Oliver on the back of the buckle and Shades of the West on the back of the belt keeper. Is also marked sterling. while a smaller buckle set, it is quite substantial and has quite a bit of silver weight. Comes on a dark maroon real lizard skin belt. Buckle set is removable from the belt. In incredible condition, showing less than normal wear. This is truly a vintage item, showing minor age appropriate tarnish/patina. Lovely buckle! Wear it or add it to a collection. You won’t find a sterling silver buckle set from Dan Oliver at this price, in this condition on the market!

Buckle: 1 13/16″ long by 1 3/8″ wide. Will fit up to a 3/4″ belt/strap.
