Makers Marked Vintage Silver & Turquoise Bolo Tie

This bolo tie is stunning, one that is ready to use or add to a collection. This one has a maker’s mark, but despite our best attempt, we can’t find out who the maker is. It is marked S.S.I with a lightening bolt, and from what we could dig up, there are many high end, vintage buckles and bolos out there at some pretty impressive prices. Clearly a quality piece with a larger bolo that has real, jewelry grade turquoise and coral inlayed. The artwork on the bolo depicts the iconic and well recognized “End of the Trail” scene, with a Native American warrior on horseback, both with their heads slung low. Great detailing on the bolo that is carried through to the tips. Not sterling, but is likely silver plated. Leather is in excellent condition, just a teeny bit of wear from the slide.  This one is ready to wear! Bolo measures 2 1/4″ long by 1 3/4″ wide, tie measures 18″ total in length. This is one to see!
