24″ Weaver Felt Smart Cinch w/ Snug Buckle

Here is a near new, felt straight Smart Cinch from Weaver, offered far less than retail. Great smaller size at 24″,  5″ wide. Felt cinches are one of our favorites, as they are from felted wool, which wicks sweat well, is soft on the skin, and supportive. This one has been used one time during a saddle fitting, showing just a bit of horse hair on the underside. With snug buckle. Per Weaver:
