28″ Fabtron Neoprene Straight Cinch

New with tags western cinch from Fabtron Tack. Great smaller size at 28″, black nylon top, soft neoprene underside, all stainless hardware. While it is new with tags, this is a new old stock item and was stored with other items, so there are minor impressions on the underside. Does not impact use or condition. Nice, affordable cinch!
