New with tags from RedNeck Fancy, an outstanding local (North Dakota) custom tack maker, made from fiber from the Minnesota/North Dakota area. 32″, all stainless hardware, and in the absolute best colors! So well made and so darn pretty. Remember, we are a used tack store so may have some stray horse hairs, but is a new cinch.
