32″ Weaver Neoprene Smart Cinch w/ Snug Buckle

Here is a nice, lightly used neoprene straight Smart Cinch from Weaver, offered far less than retail. 32″, 5″ wide. Has snug buckle. Not used much at all, has a small wrinkle in the neoprene from storage. It did have a name written at the very center, which has been scrubbed off, now its hardly visible but has a small bit of fading from being washed at that spot. Very minor, but helps make this hardly used cinch way more affordable. Per Weaver:
