32″ Weaver Neoprene Smart Cinch w/ Snug Buckle

Here is a Nice neoprene straight Smart Cinch from Weaver, offered far less than retail. 32″,  5″ wide. New with tags, with snug roller buckle. This one is new but has a bit of rolling to the top material along the edge, very minor and does not impact use or looks at all. Per Weaver:
