Leather Offside Cinch Latigo

Here is a nice leather, looped over off side leather latigo/billet. New without tags. While not branded, is heavy duty and very nice leather. Not cheap, economy  leather. Made from heavy duty, light oil leather with holes. 18″ long by 1 3/4″ wide. New without tags, may show a bit of scuffing from storage.
