Neoprene Cinch Covers

Here is the perfect solution for horses who gall or rub under cinch buckles. New without tags/new old stock, these neoprene cinch covers are soft and easy to put on. They are new, but may have some stray horse hairs from hanging out in our shop. Not tagged/branded, but are likely Cashel.
