Makers Marked Sterling Silver 3pc Buckle Sets

Here is a lovely, truly vintage bridle (or ranger) buckle set. Each are marked with a makers mark, but we do not recognize the mark. Are also marked sterling and are solid sterling. these have a great look with great engraving work on all pieces. Comes as a matching pair of 3pc sets. These are truly VINTAGE and came off of a bridle that sadly could not be salvaged. In very good used condition, however there are a few condition flaws to note. All are cosmetic in nature. Each tip has a bit of splitting along the edge, but is not worsening and could be tacked. The tip holes are larger than originally as the nails were drilled out. Once buckle has a few dings along the edge. Someone handier than us could likely tap out the minor dings. Bit of natural patina, some minor scuffing on the back. These buckles will work for a belt, thicker bridle, or breast collar. Will fit a 3/4″ strap/belt. Buckle measures 1 1/2″ wide by 1 5/8″ tall. Lovely set, one that would look great back in use or part of a collection. It is hard to find a pair of matching buckles together like this. Grab this one before we turn them into a headstall!
