Vintage US Cavalry Copper Bridle Rosettes

This is an incredible pair of conchos. It was a fun jump down the internet rabbit hole to learn about these! Keep in mind, these are a bit outside our expertise, but do feel these are originals. Especially since these came from a life long collector of the nicer things in life, who sadly has passed on but had been in his collection for decades. These are early 1900’s 2″ US Army Cavalry bridle/harness conchos in copper or copper/brass alloy. Casted with, each with a very clear Eagle Great Seal. Measures 2″ across, comes as a perfectly matched pair which are hard to come by as a pair like this. Will it up to a 7/8″ strap. No major wear or condition issues, natural patina. One may be marked, or it is an artifact of the cast process. Either way, this is a darn cool set!
