Vintage Vogt Sterling Silver Bridle Conchos

This is an INCREDIBLE vintage solid sterling silver, larger 1 1/2″ bridle loop conchos pair. These would look amazing on a show halter or headstall! These are made by a known maker for Vogt, made by a silversmith firm out of Guadalajara, Mexico. While not marked with a maker, is marked with Vogt’s early mark of a V in a shield. Additionally, this came off of a Vogt marked halter and the other pieces from the halter were marked Vogt. Either way, these are incredible. The conchos show Vogt’s open engraving style that is very recognizable of high end tack of the early 1900s. Each are also lined in a raised rope edge. This iconic style is still highly sought after! Comes as a perfectly matched (original) pair. In really great condition given their age. These haven’t been shined up, so do show natural patina. You won’t find many in this condition, that’s for sure! Each are 1 1/2″ in diameter, will fit a strap up to 7/8″ wide.
