Here is an incredible endurance saddle made by the famed Amish saddler, Henry Miller, under his brand Double Creek Saddlery. The #106 “Old Timer” Western Trail saddle is exactly what you’d want in an endurance/Trail saddle. 17″ seat that is very deep seat with ample padding with security and comfort in mind. Suspended seat with ample padding that is very deep, slightly raised twist, and fits quite roomy. Specially ordered on a Wide Gaited Tree, measuring 8″ with a ton of flare, wide through the whole tree, and offers moderate rock. Built on a gaited tree, but don’t let the gaited tree scare you away, this one has shorter bars in the front, decent rock and a very short skirt at just 25″. The Old Timer offers an A-Fork style swell, which is narrower than a traditional swell, helping the seat feel less constricting. Bucking rolls can easily be added if you like to feel a bit more secure. Slightly dropped rigging to help open up the shoulder, and is reinforced into the front and rear of the tree, riding as if its center-fire rigged without having to chance the rigging. Can be rigged as center fire. Fenders off a ton of adjustment, have less bulk behind your leg to reduce stress on your knees and ankles, comes with Cloud endurance stirrups and stirrup turners. All black Wickett and Craig bridle leather that is incredibly sharp paired with the black and chrome conchos from Jeremiah Watt. This saddle has lots of rings for your packs, also has a crupper ring. This 2016 model saddle has been ridden in plenty but very well cared for, showing less use than you’d expect. Aside from a couple minor scuffs/signs of use, it in great condition. This is such a nice saddle, one that is both pretty and so darn comfortable. You’ll be ready for all day trail riding in this saddle!
