Here is an incredible endurance saddle made by the famed Amish saddler, Eli Miller, under his family’s brand Custom Comfort Saddles. The #12 Trail saddle is exactly what you’d want in an endurance/Trail saddle. In fact, the #12 Trail Saddle is one of their most popular, and this is the same saddle-just hornless! If you’ve been looking for a larger seat saddle that is still incredibly lightweight and still with a short skirt, this one is for you! Technically, this one is a 19″, but with the nice, deep padded seat measures and fits true to 18.5″. On a Gaited Tree that measures 6.75″. Don’t let Gaited scare you away. All that means is it has shorter bars in the front with a bit of a wider flare, with nice rock through the bars. This saddle is incredibly well built, is all American made, and does not skimp on details. Made from all black Wickett and Craig bridle leather that is incredibly soft, offers western fenders that offer a ton of adjustment that are finished off with wide EZ stirrups. Suspended seat with ample padding that is very deep, raised twist, and tons of rings for packs-including a crupper ring. Dropped front rigging to help open up the shoulder with angled rear rigging ring to support center fire rigging. This saddle, despite being on a wood tree, is quite light at just 25lbs fully fitted. This saddle has been very well cared for, leather is butter soft and aside from a few scuffs from use and storage, is in excellent used condition. The Millers have quite the wait on saddles right now. Get this lightly used one without the wait, or the brand new cost!
