4.75″ Neue Schule Turtle BarSmart Loose Ring Bit

This is a very unique design from Neue Schule (NS), called the Turtle SMARTBar. It is specifically designed for horses who are sensitive to the bit, needing more stability, and less movement than other models or traditional snaffles. Very much like a mullen mouth, with a solid mouthpiece that dips and flattens a bit towards the center, with the mouth angling a bit to sit on the tongue without adding correction. Ordered in a great, hard to find smaller size at 4.75″, with standard 70mm/2.75″ diameter rings. 16mm mouth at thickest. This is a newer model from NS and is almost impossible to find used. This bit is hardly used, in excellent condition. At way less than retail!
