5.25″ Weaver Kimberwick Snaffle

This is such a nice snaffle! This is an older one from Weaver, back in the day when they used a turtle as their maker’s mark stamp, but despite being an older bit, is in very good condition. In a nice, slightly larger mouth at 5.25″, thinner diameter with a sweet iron mouth. Mouth has a nice contour, too. The length of cheeks are longer than most Kimberwicks, measuring 4.75″ from the bridle ring to the bottom. Cheeks have rings for varying leverage options, too. Comes with curb chain and nearly new hooks. This is a nice bit, has a great weight to it too. Mouth shows some rust from time and use.
