Dover All Purpose Saddle Pad

Here is a nice affordable pad from Dover. Simple, baby/liner pad, in an All Purpose style. In black. Very lightly used, hardly any use shows just a bit of white horsehair on the underside. Tabs have been cut. 22″ spine, 19″ deep as measured from spine down.
