17.5” Bates Innova Adjustable Dressage Saddle

If you’ve been eyeing an adjustable dressage saddle for a while, but just can’t justify the expense, we have the perfect saddle for you! This saddle has all the appeal of an adjustable gullet saddle, with some great modifications. A true 17.5” with a nice, scoopy seat, narrow twist, and a 15” forward set flaps that are paired with a bold and long external block. The Innova is a popular saddle for all levels of riders because of that block, made of high-density foam and anatomically shaped, allowing your knee the perfect ‘pocket’ to stabilize against without compromising equitation. Forward set quasi point billet, self-balancing rear Y billet stabilizes the saddle in 3 different spots. Adjustable gullet, offering the ability to adjust the saddle from Narrow-X-Wide with simply change of the gullet plate. Comes with a Black/M currently installed. This one has the quasi-mono flap, with a combined flap to reduce the bulk under your leg, offering a close contact feel. To make this nice saddle even better, we just dropped the CAIR panels and fully reflocked it with wool! While CAIR is incredibly popular, the panels do deflate with time and age. The fresh wool was exactly what this one needed. It also had a full inspection and is ready to go! This one is an older saddle, has been used, but overall has been well cared for. Shows a few spots of rubbing and discoloration, mainly from stirrup leathers. Used saddles show use, and that is ok! This one is sound and ready to go. This is a bit of an older one…which is a good thing, as the older ones are known to have FAR nicer leather that newer ones. These signs of use make this even more affordable!
