17.5” Thornhill All Purpose English Saddle w/ Tack

If you’ve been interested in trying out English or need to outfit a 4H’er on a budget—here is your saddle! From Thornhill, the nice saddle is an All Purpose style with straighter flaps with forward set knee rolls that make it one you can ride in various events. Perfect for 4H, flat classes or to dabble in dressage, or pop over a few jumps. This one is a true 17.5” seat with a semi-deep seat and very narrow twist. The forward flap has a wider knee roll that are suede, helping with security. 14” flap, AP billets. On what appears to be a Wide/X-Wdie tree, measuring 6” with an “U” framed tree shape and ample clearance, perfect for those chunkier horses out there. Wider channel and lower profile rear gussets. Is foam flocked. This is an older saddle, but has been well cared for and is a nice quality saddle. Would consider this one to be a few steps above economy. Comes fitted with matching leathers and a pair of Korsteel irons. At this price, you can’t go wrong!
