This stunning set from Dale Chavez is definitely one to see! Its an older one, with exceptional leather quality and is actually sterling plated, not the cheaper silver of the newer halters. Is in the modern, Congress style that the modern show pen has come to love and expect. In butter soft, dark oiled leather, silver darn near everywhere you could put it including large side buckles, and comes with a matching leather lead (no chain, but could easily have a chain added). The silver is what really sets this halter apart from the rest, with raised stars with a sapphire gemstone center and exceptional engraving work. In very well cared for condition, silver shows a bit of natural patina which we have not shined up. Is missing the silver tip on the crownpiece, on the near side. We have adjusted the price accordingly, but once we find a matching tip, price will go up! In 2/3 year old size.
