H/S Champion Turf Vintage Sterling Silver Show Halter

They say black is back and the show ring, and this halter proves it! This show halter from Champion Turf is just incredible. A truly vintage halter, with timeless craftsmanship and a look that is more than welcome in the modern show pen. In standard horse size, offering plenty of adjustability and has room for more holes. This halter has been professionally dyed black (we did the dye work) and boy, does it look amazing! Has really unique silver with large side buckles with a raised center concho, and square plates down the cheeks and nose. The plate over the nose was a bit longer than it is now, which didn’t hold up to the bending the plate, so did crack. We have repaired the plate, and separated it in a few places to allow it to flex better, extending the plate out with another geometric shape. As such, a few extra hole were added in the nose to reset the plates. The repair is not at all noticeable to the silver. The leather on this halter is near pristine, even before we dyed it. This one has clearly spend FAR more time in storage than from actual use. All silver is sterling silver plated with stunning engraving work. Standard horse sizes with the following measurements:

• Crown 20-26″ (room for more holes).
• Cheek: 7 3/4″ (without rings included in measurement), 10 1/2″ with rings
• Nose Diameter 26-29″ (room for more holes).
• Chin: 4″-6″
• Throat: 18.5″
