Has a durable liner as well, and while it doesn’t have any fill, does give it a bit of insulation. Double buckle, adjustable front, surcingle belly straps, and rear leg straps. Reinforced stitching over the shoulder and has front leg arch-acting as a low profile gusset. In very dark navy blue (almost black) and turquoise. Used twice, no obvious snags, only a bit of dust from storage. Comes in original bag. 69″ and fits true to size.
