New in package from Tough 1, surprisingly great quality, made from heavy duty metal with some good weight to it. Easy to use, hooks on a picket line to tie out your horse without the need for complicated knots or taking down a picket line to adjust tied out horses. Easy to store when the line isn’t in use.
