Securely easily to your saddle with elastic loops hook over stirrup bars to ensure fit with out putting D rings at risk.  Sheepskin flap fits over cantle. Velcro strap runs length of channel under the saddle. In very lightly used condition. Has a very faint spot of discoloration from storage near darker colors tack, very minor and very faint.
