Vintage Craftool USA Leather Stamping Tool Pre-1963 104 Backgrounder

Nice, lightly used vintage, US made Craftool Leather Tools leather stamp. This one is a very rare stamp, made prior to 1963 and is more refined with sharper stamp than the same number (A104) of the tools made after 1968. 104 Backgrounder – Clear/sharp stamp, stamps evenly, shows normal/less than normal use or wear. May how a minor mark or two on handle from use and storage. Approx stamp dimensions: 1/16″x1/4″ (1.6×6.4mm).

Original Craftool Leather Stamps were made prior to 1968, when Craftools became part of Tandy Leather. Each tool was  in the US.
