Charles Kibler Custom Rotating Neck Western Spurs

These spurs are so cool! Made by Charles E Kibler of Scottsdale, AZ whose goal was to make the ultimate training spur. The necks rotate about 45 degrees to the left and right allowing for release of pressure and signaling. Have a downturned swan neck, wider band, and smaller and rounded brass rowel. Charles isn’t building spurs anymore from our research, despite these being very popular in the 1990’s. These spurs are in excellent condition. Measurements: 3″ heel opening, 3 1/4″ inside length, 2 5/8″ neck including rowel, 1 1/4″ heel band.
