5″ Vintage Fleming Blued Curb Bit w/ Sterling Silver

This is a stunning, timeless bit. Ready to be added to a collection but also more than welcome in the modern show pen. 5″ mouth that is slightly thinner in diameter (fixed mouth) with rounded port that measures 2.25″. The shanks are finished in a blued finish that is stunning, with inlayed sterling silver inlaid lines down the shanks. Marked Fleming and Mexico on the shanks. Longer shanks that measures 8.75′. This is a brilliantly balanced bit, with a nice weight and feel. While this is an older bit, it has been incredibly well cared for. Shows a bit of surface rust on the iron mouth from time and use, a bit of fading to the bluing on the shanks, but overall, very minor. This one has been incredibly well cared for. This is one to see!
