Vintage Hand Plaited Western Headstall w/ Rawhide Accents

This is a cool looking headstall. Hand plaited in round plaits, very much in a romel style in darker brown with rawhide accents. Pineapple bit ends, adjustable over the crown with a cool looking adjustment, with the same adjustment on the throat latch. Clearly a nice piece, but has been stored for some time, and frankly not stored well. Quite dry, has some loose stitching, some staining and discoloration, but would be a cool restoration piece. Does appear to be safe to use once one of the bit end keepers is replaced.
