Bud Shaul Sadderly Custom Tapadero Western Stirrups

These Tapaderos are way too cool! Made by the incredible saddler Bud Shaul out of Yarnell, AZ. Sadly, he passed away in 2012 and still to this day is an incredibly well respected saddle maker, and these taps are clear of his skill and talent. These taps are in a classic style, with a pointed and reinforced toe, made from heavier ounce leather that is both soft and very durable. Have a bit of tooling on the outside, with leather rosettes and strings on each side. Has built in stirrup hobbles that run through the top of the stirrup. Mounted on a heavy duty, wider oak stirrups. Stirrups have a slightly wider top at 3 1/2″. Footbed measures 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″. This set has been used, but clearly well cared for. Showing minor signs of use, but minor overall. This is an outstanding set of taps! These are ones that will last!
