Leather Western Breast Collar

Here is a nice, lightly used and heavy duty leather breast collar. In double ply, chestnut oiled leather. Has really nice leather. Stamped Toga in the center, however we don’t recognize this brand. This is horse size and offers plenty of adjustment. Very lightly used, showing minor signs of use. Nice quality and even better price!
