Not stiff like many neoprene tack items, is very soft and easily on skin and hair. Even has padding behind the center ring. Fully synthetic, is very much a wipe and use piece of tack. Has nylon tugs that have an insane amount of adjustment. In very good used condition, but has a couple small blemishes in the form of a couple scrapes, and a couple small punctures, but very minor.
