13.5″ Circle Y Marlene McRae Special Effx Barrel Saddle

This barrel saddle is as darling as it is safe! This 13.5″ barrel saddle is from the great team up of Circle Y and World Champion Barrel Racer Marlene McRae–this saddle leaves out no detail. The Special Effx is build on Circle Y’s flex tree, offering a bit of flexibility in saddle fit while being incredibly lightweight at just 22lbs. This one fits and measures true to 13.5″ while offering a very deep seat and high cantle at 4″. Seat offers ample padding and with the suede seat and roughed out jockeys and fenders, this one is grippy and secure. On Circle Y’s wide tree, measuring 7″ fitting true to Full QH bars with decent clearance and just a bit of rock to the bars. The underside of the saddle is a heavy duty material, almost like carpet that gives a closer contact feel and reduces slipping and sliding so well! This saddle is a 2004 model and has been well cared for–and we have gone completely through this saddle down to the tree. We have replaced the stirrup leathers, made age/use appropriate repairs, and replaced all screws. This saddle is sound and ready to go! Incredibly short shirt at just 21.5″ seat, fenders have a ton of adjustability going short enough for a youth rider, has a pair of upgraded aluminum stirrups, and is just so darn sharp.
