13.5″ Tomahawk Saddlery Cactus Roping Saddle

It can be far too hard to find smaller seated, quality ropers. This Tomahawk Cactus roper is the real deal! Heavy duty, well made, and a heck of a look. Tomahawk Saddlery is quickly becoming one of the most popular saddles among riders on the pro circuits as well as riders who need a saddle that will hold up to daily hard work. Founded by Rodrigo Pello, these saddles are comfortable, durable, and very attractive! This Dec 2022 model Cactus Roper was special ordered for a petite rider, offering a snug fitting 13.5″ seat, youth friendly fenders, with some pretty upgrades. While the fenders are youth friendly, they have a ton of adjustment and will work just fine for a leggy rider. The Cactus roper tree offers a true QH Bars that measures 6.75″, with a 7.25″ gullet height and 13.75″ bar spread. Offers ample flare through the tree and moderate rock. The Cactus tree is bullhide wrapped wood, reinforced in all the right places, and is a true roper tree. Large rigging rings that are doubly reinforced, equitation cut skirt for a closer contact feel. Roughed out fenders, jockeys, and skirts that ride very securely, with a lightly textured leather seat. Just a bit of tooling on this one, just on the pommel, cantle finding, latigo keepers, and rear billets that helps cut down on maintenance while still being very attractive. Finished off with a custom copper daisy concho. Comes fully rigged. This saddle was ordered to work, and its been roped off but has been very well maintained/cared for. In very good used condition. Quality saddle like these don’t come cheap, and they come with a wait. This lightly used roper is offered at a heck of a price!
