14″ Tomahawk Saddlery Cactus Roping Saddle

It can be far too hard to find smaller seated, quality ropers. This Tomahawk Cactus roper is the real deal! Heavy duty, well made, and a heck of a look. Tomahawk Saddlery is quickly becoming one of the most popular saddles among riders on the pro circuits as well as riders who need a saddle that will hold up to daily hard work. Founded by Rodrigo Pello, these saddles are comfortable, durable, and very attractive! Offers a true 14″ seat that is moderately deep, rides securely faux exotic leather seat that offers a ton of texture and lightly roughed jockeys. This saddle is perfect for riders who prefer a snugger fit or a petite rider. The fenders go plenty short enough for a teen or youth rider, but still have a ton of adjustment for a leggy rider, too. Built in Oct 2021 on the Cactus roper tree, which is a bullhide wrapped wood, reinforced in all the right places, and is a true roper tree. On true QH Bars that 6.5″, with a 7.25″ gullet height and 13.75″ bar spread. Also offering plenty of shoulder flare and moderate rock through the bars. This will fit a bulldog/fit QH type well. Large rigging rings that are doubly reinforced, equitation cut skirt for a closer contact feel. This one has really pretty tooling with a mix of classic basketweave stamping and floral tooling, finally finished off with a custom daisy concho. Comes fully rigged. This saddle was ordered to work, and it has, but it’s also been well cared for. Leather is in very good used condition, well maintained. Does have some rope burns to the horn (wrap your horns, ya’ll!). This saddle is heavy duty, made right, and is tight as the day it was made! Quality saddle like these don’t come cheap, and they come with a wait. This nice used roper is offered at a heck of a price!
