13″ Double J Pozzi Pro Racer Barrel Saddle

How stinkin’ cute is this Double J Pozzi Pro Racer?! From the team-up of Double J and Brittany Pozzi Tonozzi, this saddle is so unique and so cute. This one offers a 13″ seat, that offers great security with a very deep seat and higher cantle. With the insane amount of adjustment to the fenders, this one is truly youth friendly as well. On Double J’s Standard Tree, which fits like QH Bars that measures 7″, with plenty of flare and gullet height, with just a bit of rock to the bars. Designed for wide shouldered and barreled horses who are a bit flatter or downhill-think modern looking Reiners. Fitting balanced without making you feel like you are leaning forward. Very deep seat with a 4″ cantle, taller forward set 3.5″ horn, free swinging fenders that offer a ton of adjustment. Leathers are nylon lined, however do show some rubbing/fraying from the Blevin slides, but are sounds. We love the details on this one. It offers a geometric stamp with inlayed paisley leather at the corner of the skirts. The skirts and cantle are lined with dots and flowers, with a classic berry concho finishing it off. Roughed out fenders and jockeys that have been oiled and re-roughed. The suede did have a matching paisley pattern on it, but has faded with time. The pattern was screen printed onto the suede so sadly this is a common occurrence with riding, but the suede itself is in excellent condition. Lined with Double J’s popular leather underside to reduce slip and give a great, close contact feel. This saddle is a 2013 model, and despite it being a favorite of its last rider, has been well cared for. Showing normal/typical signs of use and wear. Has a scrape on the off side pommel that is deep enough to interrupt the tooling, but is not through the leather. Is a purely cosmetic blemish. The lower part of the jockeys are a bit dry and curl up slightly but with a bit of conditioner, have already softened up a ton. Comes fitted. This is a perfect saddle for a youth or teen rider to grow with, as the fenders are both youth and adult rider friendly. This cutie won’t stick around long!
