14.5” RS Saddlery Barrel Saddle

This is such a nice saddle, one that is both quality and so darn affordable. 14.5″ RS Barrel saddle that is secure, cute, and well made. Is built on RS’s Semi Bars tree, fitting true to that, measuring 6″ with a moderate flare, some good wither clearance, and flatter through the bars. This would be a great option for an athletic built horse with a moderately strong wither. This one is a 15″, but with the nice deep seat and higher cantle, measures and fits true to 14.5″. This one is truly youth friendly, too as the fenders go crazy short! Nice short skirt at just 25″, with a faux double skirt and is fairly light weight. We love the bit of detailing one the faux double skirt that gives it a sharp look. This is an older RS, but has been well cared for. Leather is very soft, all roughed out leather has been re-roughed so is extra grippy. Has had some stitching repairs on the stirrup leathers as there was some missing stitching, but is sound and ready to go! There is a teeny bit of stretching of the very top hole of the stirrup leathers, but not significant. There’s a ton of room for more holes too! This saddle is the perfect balance of quality and affordable. You can’t go wrong with this RS!
