14” Big Horn Ultra Light Trail Saddle

This saddle has shocked us! Usually, Big Horn saddles are known to be lightweight, synthetic options. However, this one is built on a Steele Equi-Fit barrel saddle tree. Steele saddle trees are one of the most popular trees on the market–we build on them too! With a Steele tree, you know will saddle will hold up. On Semi bars that measures 6″, with a wider lower flare and an “A” framed tree with ample wither clearance. This is a great option for a horse with a strong wither. With rock to the bars. The tree is fiberglass wrapped to help cut down on some of the weight. On a barrel saddle tree, with a more upright horn, 13″ swells, and deeper seat with 4″ cantle. This one is very secure! Truly youth friendly with 14″, fitting true to that measurement with a nice deep seat. 22.5″ skirt, very light at just 15lbs, 7/8ths rigged that is actually a bit free swinging/self balancing. 4″ cantle, 3″ trail horn. Very, very adjustable fenders that are free swinging. This one is in very good, used condition, showing some barn dust from storage and a few small marks from use.
