15.5″ Crest Ridge Ardent Series Western Endurance Saddle

Rightfully so, Crest Ridge saddles can be speedy. Quality, well made saddles come with cost. Here is a great opportunity to get one for far less than most…just needing a bit of elbow crease and you’ll be getting this one for a steal! From Crest Ridge’s Ardent Series, this endurance style trail saddle is specifically designed for comfort on even the longest rides while also being really light weight. Jockeys, swells, seat, and cantle are all leather with the skirts and fenders being Codura. This is an older saddle, so doesn’t have a serial number, so we are going off of measurements. 15.5″ seat, paired with the 5″ cantle and ample padding, will fit a bit smaller.  On what appears to be Arab Bars that measure 7″ with moderate flare and rock through the bars. Does have a more upright shape to the tree, with ample clearance. Don’t let “Arab Bars” scare you away, that just means more rock and a shorter bar length in the front. Will fit like QH bars. Very short, single skirt at 24″. 3″ trail horn, narrower A Fork swells, and all stainless hardware with strings. Has a crupper ring, too. Fenders have an insane amount of adjustment, finished off with rings. Darker brown leather paired with black codura gives this one a nice look, too. Ok, so why is this one so darn affordable?! It’s quite dry and shows some nicks/marks here and there. Despite being an older saddle, it has clearly been well cared for, but has been in storage for some time to cause some drying. It is need of some oil/conditioning. Grab this one while you can!
