15.5″ Dakota Equi-Fit Ranch Roping Saddle

This is such a nice saddle! Dakota Saddles are made so well, are built on Steele Saddle Trees, and are made to last. More importantly, you can have all those things at a great price! This punchy Dakota is the perfect ranch roping/work saddle. Built heavy enough to hold up to hard work, but comfortable enough for the weekend trail rider. This roper has seen very, very little use. 16″ per serial number, fitting and measuring 15.5″ with a very deep seat and and raised twist. Fully roughed out seat, jockeys and fenders so will ride very securely. Heavy duty bullhide covered wood tree, one you can feel assured will hold up to hard work. All stainless hardware, 7/8th rigged, post horn that is leather wrapped. Comes fully rigged and with upgraded weighted stirrups. Per serial (#0551), this is on Full QH Bars with the Equi-Fit tree, measuring 7″ and really opens up the shoulder with a nice flare and tall gullet height. Has some rock to the bars and is wide through the whole tree. 26″ skirt, very adjustable free swinging fenders that offer plenty of adjustability, and comes fully fitted. This saddle is very lightly used, never roped off of, and clearly spent most of its life in storage. The leather on this saddle is really nice, but fenders are just a bit dry from storage. If you’re looking for a light saddle, this one isn’t for you. It’s a true work saddle, so weighs in at 39lbs with its tack. This saddle is the real deal and ready to get to work!
